Chris Edmonds webPastor Chris Edmonds is the son of WWII hero Master Sergeant Roddie Edmonds, Righteous Among the Nations. Sergeant Edmonds’ fearless bravery saved more than 200 Jewish–American soldiers in a prisoner of war camp in Germany. Sergeant Edmonds is being considered for the Congressional Medal of Honor and the Congressional Gold Medal. Other honors include the Medal of Valor from the Simon Wiesenthal Center and the Yehi-Or Award from the Jewish Foundation for the Righteous.

As founder of Roddie’s Code, Chris is committed to extend the legacy and leadership of Sergeant Edmonds by inspiring heroes everywhere. Sergeant Edmonds’ incredible story and Chris’ improbable journey to discover it is inspiring millions to make heroic choices every day.

Chris is a sought-after speaker who serves as Senior Pastor of Piney Grove Baptist Church in Maryville, TN. He is a graduate of the University of Tennessee and Liberty Theological Seminary. Chris and his high school sweetheart Regina are blessed with three daughters and son-in-laws and seven grandchildren.
